Asporea Hosting services are solid and we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. After investigation we will offer you a credit for downtime experienced where your network or infrastructure downtime is not related to:

• Planned or critical maintenance
• A Distributed denial of service attack (DDoS)
• Installation of software by the customer that disrupts the server’s operating system
• Software related issues e.g. PHP, NGINX, Apache, Lightspeed upgrade or Security modification.
